Richard S. Garnick, Non-Executive Chairman
Richard is a proven global executive and has demonstrated achievements in high-tech, IT/software services, BPO, global service delivery models, e-commerce and telecommunications industries. He was most recently a Senior Executive at Keane Inc. and was Chief Executive of Americas & EAS for Wipro Technologies, helping build one of the leading global IT/BPO businesses out of India. During his tenure at Wipro, the company grew dramatically in revenue, profits, capabilities & market presence (from global revenues of $300M & 5500 employees to $2B and over 50,000 employees). Over the last 20 plus years, he has held leadership positions at Global Digital Media, Avnet, Arrow Electronics and Innovoice and Texas Instruments. He also sits on the Boards of several other high-tech organizations.
David Folk, Vice Chairman
David is a passionate serial entrepreneur (1997-2000), venture capital investor and philanthropist. He has co-founded two venture capital firms since he began his career in 1984 and backed over 50 entrepreneurial companies throughout North America with over $500 million in Capital focusing on innovation and technology. He is a founding member of the Task Force on Competitiveness and Prosperity (2001) and past Chair of Kids Help Phone, one of Canada’s leading charities (1997-2000). He has been a director, advisor, strategist and coach for dozens of successful public and private companies. David is the co-founder and CEO of the NEXT, a company that provides adaptive solutions to interpersonal problems using breakthrough technologies in Neuroscience and human dynamics. David is a graduate of The Richard Ivey School of Business at University of Western Ontario.

| Sumer Shankardass, Chief Executive Officer |
| Sumer brings over 20 years of global experience leading divisions and business units. Sumer has worked extensively throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, and has driven corporate expansion globally across the insurance, healthcare, and BPO industries. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and Global Head of the Insurance and Healthcare Practice for WNS Global Services, a business process outsourcing company. Notably, Sumer established WNS’ insurance practice from inception which, today, accounts for over 50% of the company’s global revenues. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and UK Insurance Practice Head at WNS. Sumer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai and has completed Executive Education studies at INSEAD in France. |

| Parasuraman Krishnaswamy, Chief Financial Officer |
| Parasuraman is the Chief Financial Officer of Avotus Corporation and is based at Hyderabad. Parasuraman is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also has done his DISA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an accomplished professional having a diversified and rich experience of more than 20 years. His immediate past assignment was with Mahindra Satyam, Hyderabad as CCFO where he was managing finance for a $300 Million business unit. Parasuraman has been associated with reputed companies like Cognizant and Nittany Decision Services. |

| Abhishek Dwivedi, Chief Technology Officer |
| Abhishek handles Avotus Service Engineering and New Product Development spanning across Expense management and Usage management delivery. He is responsible for managing product development, maintaining Avotus suite of products, laying down product strategy roadmap and partnership to bring new products to market. Abhishek comes with around 11 plus years of experience spanning across diverse technology stacks, expense management, S&M Enterprises &custodian services. He is hands on with various open-source technology implementations. He has proven `excellence in product management & IT strategy across multiple functional/technical domains, managing technical projects across BFSI, CRM and Oracle Fusion Middleware product line. Abhishek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering and has done Postgraduate Program in Management from S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. |

| James Martino, Vice President, Head, Global Delivery |
| James is responsible for service delivery across all of Avotus’ delivery centers and is based in New Jersey. He works closely with Abhishek Dwivedi, CTO and Head – Service Engineering, in ensuring that Avotus clients get a seamless, consistent and excellent service, globally. James has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, media, and technology industries and has held senior leadership positions in leading companies like Last Mile Connections, Global Crossings Ltd., Band-X Inc. and e.spire Communications. He joins Avotus from TelecomMarketplace, where he served as Managing Director since 2007. At TelecomMarketplace, James was responsible for identifying partnerships, products and solutions for broadband executives. James has completed his MBA with Honors in International Finance from St. John’s University, New York. |

| Steven Saliani, Vice President, Account Management |
| Steve is the Vice President of Account Management for North America. Steve works closely with the Operations and Engagement Management Teams onshore and offshore to improve customer satisfaction. Before joining Avotus in 2007, Steve managed Avotus’ Elite Service Group and was the Director of Managed Services. Steve has over 15 years of experience in sales and delivery in the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) industry and has managed over 250 TEM engagements during his career. Steve’s experience has been gained through engagement management and delivery of large-scale cost recovery and reductions while he worked for two of the largest TEM providers between 1997 and 2001. Steven has a B.S Degree in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania. |

| Michael Grocock, Vice President, Sales, North America |
| Mike is the Vice President – Sales in North America at Avotus Corporation. He is primarily responsible for driving new revenue through direct and indirect channels across the entire Avotus product & service portfolio. Mike has over 8 years of experience in Telecom Expense Management sales and brings over 30 years of experience in sales, consulting and operations management from leading software and high technology organizations. He has been recognized numerous times for top performing sales at Sybase and Forte Software (Sun Microsystems). Prior to joining Avotus, Mike was the Director of Global Solutions Consulting at Ulysses Software, a global provider of compliance management software for the maritime industry. Mike has an M.B.A (High Honors) from the University of Michigan, where he also earned his undergraduate degree in business administration. |

| Amit heads the Human Resources and Administration departments of Avotus. With an experience of 15 years, Amit has proven excellence in formulating the design principle of Human Resources Shared service organization, designing Manager/Employee Self Service Portal as the framework of Service oriented architecture, ensuring proper integration of all the independent Human Resources process and implementing comprehensive SAP Human Resources solutions. Prior to joining Avotus, Amit was associated with Reliance People Serve as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources and was responsible for Human Resources Operations & Time Management activity at the NHQ level. He has completed his Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and has done an EDP Program (Human Resources Effectiveness) from IIM Indore. |

| Aditya Chakravarthi, Head, Global Marketing |
| Aditya heads global marketing for Avotus and is responsible for interacting with Analysts and the Press, leveraging them to take Brand Avotus to the marketplace, strategizing new product development, and developing sales materials and collateral for the Avotus sales team. Aditya comes with over 10 years of experience in retail, online, hospitality, and software marketing. Prior to Avotus, Aditya managed global corporate marketing for SYSTIME Global Solutions (CMS Group), where he was responsible for internal and external branding, public relations, analyst relations, strategic product marketing, and launch of global delivery centers. Aditya has completed his MBA in Marketing and Advertising communications from Wigan and Leigh, United Kingdom. |

| Jayraj is the Finance Controller of Avotus and is based at Mumbai. Jayraj is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 13 years of Global experience in Finance and Accounting. He has worked in diverse industries and brings rich experience in financial management, capital market, setting up of accounting verticals in BPO/KPO, and transitioning of accounting processes. Prior to joining Avotus, Jayraj worked for State Street Syntel Sourcing Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of the world’s second largest custodian, and was managing assets under management of over $100 billion for US-based pension funds. Jayraj has worked with other reputed companies, including RSM McGladrey, which is the fifth largest accounting firm in the United States. |
