The Avotus Remote Intelecontrol System Administration service is designed to provide customers who have an Avotus on site Intelecontrol application with the security of knowing that an Avotus System Administration Specialist is managing their application on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis. Your System Administration Specialist will monitor data collection and system alarms, respond to any issues which may arise, generate and verify routine reports, ensure your data is backed-up and protected, respond to ad hoc requests, and keep your Avotus Intelecontrol software up to date.
