Buddy Concept

Career Manager
The Avotus Career Manager Program is a one-to-one professional relationship between employees with different levels of experience and expertise. The focus of this program is to help employees build relationships and share their knowledge. The program ensures that new employees are guided, nurtured, encouraged and motivated by seniors in the organization.


 
 
Training
It is not necessarily what a person knows or what they have accomplished that Avotus looks for when hiring new employees, but who they are, how they think and what they are able capable of doing. It is our goal to provide each employee with a minimum of 40 hours of training per year.
