Richard S. Garnick, Executive Chairman and CEO. Mr. Garnick is a proven global executive and has demonstrated achievements in high-tech, IT/software services, BPO, global service delivery models, e-commerce and telecommunications industries. He was most recently a senior executive at Keane Inc. and was Chief Executive of Americas & EAS for Wipro Technologies, helping to build one of the leading global IT/BPO businesses out of India. During his tenure at Wipro the company grew dramatically in revenue, profits, capabilities & market presence (from global revenue of $300M & 5500 employees to $2B and over 50,000 employees). Over the last 20 plus years he has held leadership positions at Global Digital Media, Avnet, Arrow Electronics, Innovoice and Texas Instruments. He also sits on the Boards of several other high tech organizations.

David Folk, Vice Chairman. Mr. Folk is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Jefferson Partners Capital. For over two decades, he has been focused on forming and managing private equity venture funds targeted at emerging growth companies.

Ian Locke, Mr. Locke currently acts as General Partner of Jefferson Partners. In the past Mr. Locke held senior management positions with technology companies including Netscape Communications Inc.

Barry Reiter, Mr. Reiter is a Partner and the Chair of the New Economy Practice of Bennett Jones LLP. Mr. Reiter is a director of Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc., Motion Picture Distribution Inc., Park Avenue Investment Corporation, SkyPower Corporation and SkyPower Wind Energy Fund LP. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Innovation Law and Policy, RBC Technology Ventures Inc. and Hunter Keilty Muntz & Beatty Limited.

Robert J. Roy, Mr. Roy has held the position of Director, Equity of RoyNat Capital Inc. since 1996 and served as a Director for multiple companies listed on the TSX. He also served as a Director of Canadian Venture Capital Association for five years.
