Avant Avotus, il était membre de la haute direction de Keane Inc., et il a connu du succès à titre de chef de la direction, Amériques et services applicatifs d’entreprise à Wipro Technologies, où il a participé à l’édification d’une des plus importantes entreprises d’externalisation des processus d’affaires/TI en Inde. Pendant son mandat à Wipro, l’entreprise a connu une croissance importante au chapitre des revenus, des profits, des capacités et de la présence sur le marché, en voyant notamment ses revenus passer de 300 millions $ à 2 milliards $ et son nombre d’employés de 5 500 à 50 000. Au cours des 20 dernières années, Richard S. Garnick a occupé des postes de direction à Global Digital Media, Avnet, Arrow Electronics, Innovoice et Texas Instruments. Il est également membre du conseil de plusieurs autres organisations du secteur de la haute technologie.
David Folk, vice-président du conseil. M. Folk est cofondateur et associé directeur de Jefferson Partners Capital. Depuis plus de vingt ans, il se concentre sur la constitution et la gestion fonds de capital de risque et d’investissement pour des entreprises en croissance.
Sumer brings over 20 years of global experience leading divisions and business units. Sumer has worked extensively throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, and has driven corporate expansion globally across the insurance, healthcare, and BPO industries. He has a strong track record of experience in both division leadership and expansion from inception to globalization.
Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and Global Head of the Insurance and Healthcare Practice for WNS Global Services, a business process outsourcing company. Notably, Sumer established WNS’ insurance practice from inception which, today, accounts for over 50% of the company’s global revenues. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and UK Insurance Practice Head at WNS.
Sumer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai and has completed Executive Education studies at INSEAD in France.
Parasuraman Krishnaswamy
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Parasuraman Krishnaswamy (PK) is the Chief Financial Officer of Avotus Corporation and is based at Hyderabad.
Parasuraman is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also has done his DISA from ICAI. He is an accomplished professional having a diversified and rich experience of more than 20 years. His immediate past assignment was with Mahindra Satyam, Hyderabad as CCFO where he was managing finance for a $300 Million Business Unit.
Parasuraman has been associated with reputed companies like Cognizant and Nittany Decision Services.
Abhishek Dwivedi
Head- Product Engineering & Operations
Abhishek handles Avotus Operations spanning across Expense management and Usage management delivery. He is responsible for managing product development, maintaining Avotus suite of products, laying down product strategy roadmap and partnership to bring new products to market.
Abhishek comes with around 11 plus years of experience spanning across diverse technology stacks, expense management, S&M Enterprises &custodian services. He is hands on with various open-source technology implementations.
He has proven excellence in product management & IT strategy across multiple functional / technical domains, managing technical projects across BFSI, CRM and Oracle Fusion Middleware product line. He holds experience in managing and working with cross-cultural global teams across US, China, UK& Germany.
Prior to Avotus, Abhishek was working with Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. as Software Development Manager where he was responsible for managing and prioritizing product requirements for certification process of OWSM 10x and 11x,providing functional & technical support in pre-sales calls and working with development teams to translate market requirements and product offerings for OWSM 10x .
He was also associated with Computer Sciences Corporation as Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead and held technical responsiblities at onsite for CSC-AOL account , leading project’s technical design team executing project from onsite, enforcing and formulating quality standards as per client requirements.
Abhishek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering and has done Postgraduate Programme in Management from S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
Abhishek is avid follower of formula 1 racing. He likes to read science fiction books and his favorite author is Issac Assimov.
