Mr. Garnick is a proven global executive and has demonstrated achievements in high-tech, IT/software services, BPO, global service delivery models, e-commerce and telecommunications industries. He was most recently a Senior Executive at Keane Inc. and was Chief Executive of Americas & EAS for Wipro Technologies, helping build one of the leading global IT/BPO businesses out of India. During his tenure at Wipro, the company grew dramatically in revenue, profits, capabilities & market presence (from global revenues of $300M & 5500 employees to $2B and over 50,000 employees). Over the last 20 plus years, he has held leadership positions at Global Digital Media, Avnet, Arrow Electronics and Innovoice and Texas Instruments. He also sits on the Boards of several other high-tech organizations. |

| A business leader with 18 years of experience in market facing roles, KD has global experience in growing revenue in the Enterprise market space and is an active speaker on Global Sourcing in industry forums. Most recently, he was the Head of US Operations at KPIT Cummins where he was instrumental in transforming the company to an Industry based ‘Go To Market’ strategy, and delivering 40% Y-on-Y growth. In this role, he was accountable for Client Services, comprising customer satisfaction and business development by leading the customer facing teams to deliver IT, Engineering & BPO solutions that leverage the global delivery platform for existing and new customers. He carried responsibility for growing revenue and P&L performance, while managing functions for the NA region. |

| Before he joined KPIT in April 2007 as EVP of Client Services, KD spent 17-years IT industry outsourcing services in the US market and Product based solutions in India with Industry leaders like Wipro, Keane and IBM. During his 12-year tenure at Wipro, he spent the last 4 years as VP of Western US, growing the business from $27M to $250M. Through this experience, he has led diverse teams that have applied multi-vertical industry knowledge to deliver successful IT & BPO solutions and strong customer relationships. |

| Brad Buxton has spent the past 25+ years as a passionate client advocate and telecom industry trailblazer. Brad has managed approximately a billion dollars of annual procurement volume on the Internet for his clients, as well as provided extensive, transformational consultation and advice to executives of 200 of the Fortune 500 companies and others. Mr. Buxton was the first and only person to successfully automate the entire telecommunications procurement process in a web-based, patented, application. |

| Mr. Buxton has lectured extensively at universities and seminars for industry groups, and is certified by the Texas and California courts as an expert in telecommunications. In this capacity, Mr. Buxton has represented clients both in negotiations and as an expert witness in the court room. He has been published in over 100 whitepapers and industry articles and has been quoted in leading industry magazines. |

| Manoj Aggarwal is the Chief Financial Officer of Avotus Corporation. He is a financial strategist with more than 20 years of experience in financial management in both a strategic and operational capacity across a number of industries, including Information Technology, IT Enabled Services, Telecommunications and Manufacturing. |

| Previously, Manoj served as Chief Financial Officer of a large KPO/BPO company, where he oversaw the Company’s entire financial and operational functions. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the second largest Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of a big four IT company from India, where he directed five business lines with annual revenues of more than US $460 million. In this capacity, he worked on large, multiyear deals, amounting to over US $275 million, both for a Fortune 100 company and a large Indian public sector telecom company. He also oversaw key financial activities and managed an 18 member team, with significant international exposure. |

| Prior to that, Manoj was the Chief Financial Officer of Wipro Technologies, where he managed financial reporting, planning and analysis, and implemented processes, procedures and cost controls for a unit of 1,800 employees with a run rate of US $180 million in operating revenues. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Manager – Accounts, Tax and Finance at Ericsson HP, and Senior Manager – Accounting, Finance and Taxation of Sona Koyo. |

Garrett Long is the chief technology officer at Avotus Corporation. He leads the company’s efforts to develop and employ technology to drive superior results for our customers and the business. He has direct responsibility for all technology resources globally. Garrett is a long term veteran of the TEM space and the broader telecommunications industry. As one of the founding members of the TEM practice at Avotus, he has been instrumental in developing the service on a platform model now standard in the support of the global enterprise market. At Avotus he has held key roles in product management and business development prior to assuming the chief technology officer position.
Prior to Avotus he led numerous consulting engagements within major telecommunications service providers such as AT&T, MCI WorldCom, SITA Equant and BT. These engagements which ranged from new offer development to technical consulting to business process reengineering provided a detailed understanding of the challenges and opportunities present in the telecommunications value chain. In addition to his experience within the service provider environment Garrett also has first hand experience within the enterprise. He spent the early part of his career designing and deploying wide area networks for several Fortune 1000 companies. |

| Nora Brooks has over 20 years of experience as an in-house counsel, and has worked with large public companies and smaller, privately owned entrepreneurial organizations. Before joining Avotus, Nora was the General Counsel of Soltrus Inc., one of Canada's leading internet security providers. Nora is an experienced commercial lawyer with an emphasis on IT, provision of professional services, joint marketing ventures and outsourcing arrangements. |

| As Corporate Counsel and Secretary of Avotus, Nora is responsible for all day to day legal affairs of the corporation as well as board of director and shareholder matters. Nora holds an LLB from Osgood Hall Law School and a BA from the University of Toronto. |
