We have taken the important steps of joining the Cisco Developer Network and certifying our Call Accounting products to give customers confidence in the interoperability of the solutions and to enable them to leverage the management visibility and chargeback features of ICM UM in their Cisco telephony environments.
Avotus has joined the CISCO Developer Network as a Registered Developer. Avotus’s ICM UM 7.3, has successfully completed Interoperability Verification Testing (IVT) with CISCO Unified Communication Manager, 7.1. and is certified that ICM UM 7.3 can work with CISCO Unified Communication Manager 7.X .This also certifies the acceptance of our product into the Cisco Developer Network Partner program and demonstrates compliance with the open standards followed by the Cisco Call Manager design.
The Cisco Developer Network unites Cisco with third-party developers of hardware and software to deliver tested interoperable solutions to joint customers. As a Registered Developer, Avotus Corporation offers a complementary product offering and has started to collaborate with Cisco to meet the needs of joint customers. With offerings such as Avotus ICM UM 7.3, customers can more quickly deploy a broad range of Cisco Compatible business applications, devices, or services that can enhance the capabilities, performance, and management of their Cisco network.
Earlier Avotus was the first usage vendor to support Cisco Call Manager 5.0 and now supports CUCM 7.x as well.
Avotus is a proud member of the Cisco Technology Developer Partner Program. This is a multi-faceted program that involves formal product certification as well as participation and collaboration on strategic technology and marketing activities.
We currently have multiple customers that are using our solution to collect "IPDR" (IP call Data Recording) from CISCO Call Manager.
In order to become a member of this program, we had to meet strict requirements, including completion of compatibility testing for our products at Cisco's independent test labs. Our certified products include Avotus Professional and Avotus Intelligent Communications Management solutions.
Avotus has a strong relationship with Cisco as their Worldwide Preferred Technology Partner for Billing and Call Accounting. Additionally, Cisco is utilizing Avotus ICM Usage Management worldwide for their internal usage needs.
