As part of Mobile Management, Avotus offers a Mobile Rate Plan Optimization service.

This service focuses on reducing expenses through:

• Rate plan changes
• Rate plan matching
• Feature adjustments

All without loss of user functionality and not requiring changes in device or carrier.

We analyze rolling three to six months of historical billing records and combine it with an understanding of your needs and goals. We then process this information through our optimization engine to formulate our recommendations.

Once you have approved our recommendations, we make sure any changes are implemented by the carrier.
