Yes, Avotus EUR collects your Call Detail data and calculates your trunk utilization capacity percentage. Grade of Service (GoS) are also calculated and reported using Erlang-B or Erlang C for the traffic busy hour calculation.
Yes, Avotus EUR provides dashboards and reports on the adoption of different UC services such as Voice, Video, Instant Messaging (IM), and Conference calls UC services. Optional “Unified Communications” module is required.
Avotus EUR has a module named Order Management (OM) which allows you to generate ticket notifications orders via email containing requested service to your Telecom department . You can then track the order status of your tickets via the OM module to find out if order has been completed or if it is still in the work in progress status. You can then run milestone reports to find out if you met your Service Level Agreement (SLA) or get alerted via email when service level operations (SLO) of the ticket order have not been met.
