The results revealed that all the clients that were contacting the Expense Management Service Delivery team and the Enhanced Usage Reporting (EUR) team were either satisfied or extremely satisfied with the service they received, while 96% of the Expense Management Wireless Helpdesk team reportedly responded with being either satisfied or extremely satisfied with the service they received.
